Sacred Life Flow

Liability Release
 

By participating in the live or online yoga class with Sacred Life Flow,  I hereby agree to the following:

I am participating in the Yoga Classes & Training offered by Sacred Life Flow during which I will receive information and instruction about Yoga, fitness and health. I recognize that Yoga involves physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

I also understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Yoga Class & Trainings with Sacred Life Flow. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation in the Yoga Class. In case of pregnancy I agree to inform Sacred Life Flow and accept advice on suitability of classes and my participation in them.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Yoga Class & Training, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the class, training, or programme.

In further consideration by participating in the Yoga Class, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Sacred Life Flow for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the class, training or programme.  I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue for any injury or death caused by my negligence or other acts.

I understand that it is my responsibility to verbally let the Instructor know if I carry any injuries that would prevent me from being adjusted or if I am uncomfortable for any reason with being adjusted.
 

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above by ticking the box on registration for my class, workshop or a session.

 

Bookings and Cancellations 
 

Booking classes can be done through the Sacred Life Flow website, please make sure to check your availability to be able to attend the class or workshop. 

 

Life happens and sometimes our plans change, therefore please make sure to cancel or reschedule your class by contacting me at lenka.valinhas@gmail.com.

Please note that the cancellation policy varies for drop-in classes, workshops and private classes. For drop-in and classes and classes booked in a class pack if cancelled in less than 24 hours prior to the start time of the class, the full class cost will apply.

For workshop and private classes the deposits are non-refundable. Fees paid forth can be used as a full payment for a future workshops. If cancellation is done in less than 48 hours prior the class or workshop start time, the full cost will apply.
