Join our Pregnancy Yoga classes with a a drop in rate. 8th January – 5th February 2025 When: Wednesdays @6.30-7.40pm Where: Duleek, Four Swans Therapy Centre, A92TPX9 Pregnancy is a very special time and can have many forms and shapes. Pregnancy/antenatal yoga is a great way to get your body, mind and spirit ready for the birth of your baby and motherhood.
